The terms of use of the website govern the relationship between the Company and any company and/or person browsing and/or using the website or the information contained therein (each of them hereinafter: "the User").
The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time, to add or subtract from them, in relation to the entire website or part thereof, at its sole discretion and without the need for prior warning and/or notice. The sole and full responsibility for knowing and staying updated on the terms rests solely with the User at all times.
Use of the website constitutes the User's agreement to all its terms without any limitation and/or reservation. By using the website, the User undertakes that he/she and/or anyone on his/her behalf shall not have any claim and/or demand, directly and/or indirectly, against the website and/or the Company and/or any of its operators and/or any of its owners and/or its managers and/or anyone on their behalf.
The wording in these terms and conditions is in the masculine form for convenience only, but refers to both women and men.
Prices and Product Display
Product prices include VAT according to law, unless otherwise stated.
The product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only. The Company will make every effort to display images that reflect reality as much as possible, but slight differences in shades/display may occur depending on the User's screen and/or manufacturing updates.
The Company does not undertake to stock all models displayed on the website.
The Company may offer promotions and benefits on the website, and may discontinue them at any time without prior notice.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
The use of the website and its content is for private and non-commercial use. It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell and/or make commercial use of the content/designs/images/texts on the website without prior written permission from the Company.
The trademarks, logo, designs and content displayed on the website are the property of the Company (whether registered or not) and it is forbidden to use them without prior written consent.
To link and/or display the website on other websites on the internet, prior written permission from the Company must be obtained.
Legal Capacity
Any person or company performing any action on the website, including a purchase (hereinafter: "the Customer"), declares that he/she has read these terms and conditions, understood them and their terms, and agrees to them. It is clarified that any use of the website is intended for ages 18 and over only.
Jurisdiction
The law applicable to the use of the website and these terms and conditions is Israeli law only. The exclusive jurisdiction for any matter and dispute is given to the competent court in Israel.
Warranty (Adapted for SUNRISE Product)
We provide a warranty of 14 days from the date of product purchase (with proof of purchase and subject to product inspection at our facility) for manufacturing defects only.
Product inspection/repair will not exceed {number of days} from the day the item arrives at our offices.
The warranty does not include damages caused as a result of unreasonable use, accident, fall, liquid penetration, scratches, abrasions, connection to unsuitable electricity/charger or any action not in accordance with the instructions for use.
In addition, we offer a paid repair service (subject to the Company's discretion as to whether the product is repairable).
Data Security and Privacy Protection (Adapted for SUNRISE)
Respecting the customer's privacy and confidentiality is of utmost importance to the Company.
As part of the purchase/registration/browsing process on the website, the customer may be asked to provide personal information. The Company takes customary precautions to maintain and protect the confidentiality of the information as much as possible, and uses it for website operation, product delivery, customer service, and marketing updates – only if the customer has approved this.
The Company does not store the customer's credit card details in any database.
The Company undertakes not to sell/trade/transfer personal information to unauthorized third parties, except in cases required for order delivery (such as shipping/clearing companies) or as required by law.
