When will I receive my order?

As stated at the time of purchase and in our shipping policy, order processing time is 1-5 days, and shipping times are 6-14 business days (business days are Sunday-Thursday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Please check if your order is still within this timeframe. If the timeframe has passed, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to help you track your shipment.

Where will my delivery arrive?

Collection point delivery
A collection point is a business or locker near the delivery address you specified when placing the order.

If you chose delivery to a collection point, you can select the closest collection point to you when the delivery is in your area (an SMS will be sent to you from the delivery company once the order is nearby).

Another SMS will be sent once the order arrives at your chosen collection point.

I was unable to select a pickup point during the order process

Pickup point cannot be selected during the order because pickup points vary by shipping address.

When the shipment arrives in your area, an SMS will be sent to the phone number you provided, where you can choose the closest and most convenient pickup point for you.

How will I know my delivery has arrived?

You will receive emails and SMS messages from us with updates regarding your shipment status.

You will receive an SMS when your shipment is close to you (there you can also choose a pickup point).

You will receive another SMS when the shipment arrives :)

If you forgot to pick up the package from the pickup point and the package was returned to the shipping company - please contact us to arrange a paid re-delivery.
